We are recruiting a Dispensing Optician for part-time working patterns available (Friday and Saturday) in Talbot Green, offering a starting salary of £35,000 plus bonus. This successful practice in Wales is seeking a hands-on professional to help run the store, support the team, and deliver exceptional patient care.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver high levels of customer service at all times on the shop floor
- Liaise closely with optometrists to ensure a consistent quality handover for every dispensed customer
- Manage aftersales service, resolving complaints and handling queries with a customer-focused, can-do approach
- Contribute to individual and team sales targets using effective professional sales techniques
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the practice and help drive the business forward

- Must be a qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
