We are recruiting for permanent Practice Manager jobs in Talbot Green, offering part-time hours over 2 to 3 days per week, with availability required on both Fridays and Saturdays. This position offers £15.00 per hour plus a performance-related bonus scheme, and is based in a busy, well-established optical and audiology practice located on Riverside, within easy reach of the town centre and a short walk from the railway and bus stations.
What you'll be doing
- Leading a close-knit team of around 25 colleagues by example and championing a customer-first mindset
- Keeping the practice and team running like clockwork in a fast-paced setting
- Bringing better eye care and hearing services to the local community
- Collaborating with optical assistants, dispensing opticians, audiology professionals, and clinical experts
- Supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals and grow their careers
What we're looking for
- Previous optical experience is essential
- A confident and effective communicator who builds strong relationships
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills
- Flexible, adaptable, hard-working, and proactive
- Previous team management experience is desirable but not essential, making this ideal for an experienced optical professional ready to take the next step
