We are recruiting for Optical Assistant jobs in GPO Arcade on Full Time Hours - to include weekend working, paying €14.55 to €16.30ph depending on experience. This welcoming practice in the heart of the city needs a proactive team player to deliver a brilliant customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Providing incredible customer service to create an outstanding store environment
- Using your knowledge of optical products and services to assist customers
- Working collaboratively with the rest of the in-store team
- Using the latest technology and systems in store to support daily operations
- Stepping out of your comfort zone, trying new things, and being open to ongoing feedback and development
What we're looking for
- Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
- Great teamwork and strong initiative
- Confidence in using IT systems along with excellent communication and listening skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Knowledge or experience of optical and/or audiology terminology is desirable
