What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers as they walk through the door
- Booking in eye tests and managing phone calls
- Pre-screening patients ahead of their appointments
- Providing expert style advice and helping patients choose frames
- Measuring frames to ensure a comfortable fit

- A caring, passionate and hard-working approach
- No prior optical experience or formal qualifications are required
- Confidence in greeting and assisting the public
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills with the support of experienced opticians and technicians
