What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers into the practice and managing arrivals
- Booking in eye tests and scheduling appointments
- Pre-screening patients ahead of their examinations
- Providing style advice and measuring frames to fit each individual
- Handling telephone calls and general enquiries from the public
What we're looking for
- GCSE Maths at Grade 9-4 (A*-C) or an equivalent level qualification
- Right to work in the UK with at least three years of residency in the EU
- A proactive approach with a strong passion for retail and customer service
- No previous experience in the optical sector is required, as full training is provided
