What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers warmly as they arrive at the practice
- Booking in eye tests and managing appointments
- Conducting pre-screening checks for patients
- Providing expert style advice to help customers choose frames
- Measuring frames accurately to ensure a comfortable fit
- Handling incoming telephone enquiries and general reception duties
