What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers as they arrive at the practice and helping them feel at ease
- Guiding patients through frame selection and lens options with confidence
- Using internal IT systems to process orders and manage appointments efficiently
- Working collaboratively with experienced opticians and technicians on the shop floor
- Communicating clearly to understand customer needs and deliver a high standard of service
What we're looking for
- Previous optical experience gained in a customer-facing environment
- A passion for helping people and working as part of a busy team
- Strong communication skills and an adaptable approach to daily tasks
- Confidence in using computer and IT systems
