We are looking for a proactive people person to join our busy practice in Cannock on a 30-37.5 hours a week - weekend working essential contract, offering £8.00 an hour and full training to help you start a rewarding career. What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers into store and answering phone calls
- Booking in eye tests and carrying out pre-screening for patients
- Providing expert style advice and helping customers choose frames
- Measuring frames to ensure a comfortable and accurate fit
What we're looking for
- GCSE Maths at Grade 9-4 (A*-C) or an equivalent level qualification
- Right to work in the UK, having lived in the EU for 3 years or more
- No previous experience working in the optical sector
- The ability to travel to the practice location on a daily basis
- A genuine enthusiasm for customer service, retail, and optics
