An ambitious professional can step into a permanent full-time or part-time Optometrist job in Peterlee, supporting a busy practice with a competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum depending on experience. Located on the North East coast, this growing team of around 19 employees operates four test rooms equipped with advanced clinical technology.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting thorough sight tests with 20/25 alternate test times
- Working alongside experienced dispensing opticians and optical assistants
- Handling urgent referrals through close links with the Sunderland Eye Infirmary
- Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to regular team events
What we're looking for
- GOC registered Optometrist
- Qualified and confident clinical practitioner
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to succeed and support others
- Passionate about delivering high standards of patient care
Salary and benefits
