What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers into store and answering telephone enquiries
- Booking in eye tests and pre-screening patients before their appointments
- Providing expert style advice to help patients choose frames
- Measuring frames to ensure a correct and comfortable fit
- Developing valuable, practical skills alongside a friendly and experienced team
What we're looking for
- GCSEs in Maths at grade 9-4 (A*-C), or equivalent/predicted result
- Right to work in the UK, with residency in the EU for the past three years or more
- Great listening and communication skills with a strong passion for helping people
- A genuine team player who is eager to learn and develop within the business
- No previous experience working in the optical sector
