What you'll be doing as an Optical Assistant in Lerwick
- Welcoming customers into the practice with a warm and approachable manner
- Booking in eye tests and managing appointments efficiently
- Conducting pre-screening checks with patients before their consultations
- Providing professional style advice and helping patients choose frames
- Measuring frames to ensure a comfortable and accurate fit
- Handling phone calls and general enquiries from the public
