What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers into the practice with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Booking in eye tests and managing appointments efficiently
- Pre-screening patients prior to their examinations
- Providing expert style advice to help patients choose the right frames
- Measuring frames to ensure a comfortable and accurate fit
- Handling phone calls and general front-of-house enquiries
