What you'll be doing
- Acting as the friendly face of the practice, greeting customers and helping them feel welcome from the moment they arrive
- Delivering outstanding customer service, using your communication and listening skills to understand patient needs

- Working collaboratively with the rest of the team to maintain a smooth, efficient store environment
- Participating in ongoing training and development, remaining open to feedback and guidance
What we're looking for
- Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
- Great teamwork and the ability to use your own initiative
- Confidence in using IT systems and willingness to learn new skills
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, or prior knowledge of optical and audiology terminology, is advantageous
