What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers into the practice with a professional and friendly manner
- Booking in eye tests and managing appointments efficiently
- Pre-screening patients ahead of their clinical appointments
- Providing expert style advice to help customers choose frames
- Measuring frames accurately to ensure a comfortable fit
- Handling phone calls and general front-of-house enquiries
