What you'll be doing
- Acting as the friendly face of the practice and creating an outstanding store environment for customers and colleagues
- Delivering excellent customer service using your communication and listening skills
- Supporting the team with daily store routines and using IT systems with confidence
- Stepping out of your comfort zone, trying new things, and welcoming feedback to support your ongoing development
What we're looking for
- Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers' lives easier
- Great teamwork and strong personal initiative
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, or basic knowledge of optical and audiology terminology, is desirable but not essential
