What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers into the practice with a friendly and helpful manner
- Booking in eye tests and managing appointments efficiently
- Pre-screening patients ahead of their examinations
- Providing expert style advice to help clients choose the right frames
- Measuring frames accurately to ensure a comfortable fit
- Handling phone calls and general customer enquiries
