What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers warmly as they arrive in store
- Booking in eye tests and managing phone enquiries
- Pre-screening patients ahead of their appointments
- Providing expert style advice and helping patients choose frames
- Measuring frames to ensure a comfortable and accurate fit
What we're looking for
- Passionate, hardworking individuals who enjoy helping others
- No previous optical experience or formal qualifications required, as full training will be provided
- Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly telephone manner
- An interest in delivering exceptional customer service within a busy team environment
Salary and benefits
- £8.20 - £12.91 per hour, plus performance-based team bonus
- Part-time hours - 15.5 hours over 2 days - Wednesday & Saturday
