What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers into store and answering phone calls
- Booking in eye tests and pre-screening patients
- Providing style advice and measuring frames
- Delivering outstanding patient and customer care as part of a collaborative team
What we're looking for
- GCSEs in Maths at grade 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent/predicted result
- Right to work in the UK with at least three years of residency in the EU
- Strong listening, communication, and teamwork skills
- No previous experience working in the optical sector
