We are recruiting a permanent Optical Assistant jobs opportunity for a Full Time - 40 hours per week, to include working a weekend day position based across our busy practices in Knowle and Keynsham, offering a competitive salary dependent on experience and optical qualification.
What you'll be doing
- Confidently welcoming and helping customers as they walk through our doors
- Delivering tailored solutions and building lasting customer relationships
- Maintaining the highest standards of patient care and operational performance
- Working collaboratively with experienced optometrists, dispensing opticians, and technicians
- Operating across both our Keynsham and Knowle practices
What we're looking for
- Previous optical or audiology experience
- Basic knowledge of optical and/or audiology terminology
- Hard-working and passionate attitude towards customer service
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally across other business areas
