We are recruiting for a full-time Optical Assistant jobs opening in Keynsham, offering 40 hours per week to include working a weekend day, with a starting rate of £8.20 to £12.91 per hour. This welcoming, community-focused practice in the South West delivers high-quality eye and hearing care to a loyal customer base, and you will have the opportunity to work across both the Keynsham and Knowle locations.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers into store
- Booking in eye tests
- Pre-screening patients
- Providing style advice
- Measuring frames
- Taking phone calls

- Passion and a hard-working attitude, with no prior optical experience required
- Confidence in meeting and helping customers
