What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers warmly as they walk through the doors
- Booking in eye tests and managing appointments
- Pre-screening patients using the latest clinical technology and equipment
- Providing expert style advice to help customers choose frames
- Measuring frames to ensure the correct fit
- Handling phone calls and general customer queries
What we're looking for
- A caring, passionate and hard-working approach
- No prior experience or heaps of qualifications required, as full professional training is provided
- Confidence in communicating with the public
- Enthusiasm for developing a long-term career within the optical industry
