What you'll be doing
- Welcome and help customers as they walk through the doors, delivering a warm and professional first impression
- Guide patients through frame selection, styling and lens options with confidence
- Work collaboratively alongside experienced opticians and technicians in a fast-paced environment
- Support day-to-day practice operations and maintain high service standards
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Prior experience as an Optical Assistant or Dispensing Assistant
- A caring, passionate and hard-working approach to your daily tasks
- Willingness to learn, with opportunities for professional training and development in other business areas
Salary and benefits
