What you'll be doing
- Acting as the friendly face of the practice and creating an outstanding environment for customers and colleagues
- Using your customer service skills and passion for optical products and services to assist patients
- Applying basic knowledge of optical terminology during day-to-day customer interactions
- Supporting the wider team in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Prior experience working within an optics or audiology business is highly desirable
- Familiarity with optical or audiology terminology to set you apart from other applicants
