What you'll be doing
- Delivering incredible customer service and acting as the friendly face of the practice

What we're looking for
- Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
- A genuine passion for making customers' lives easier through great service
- A proactive, adaptable approach with a willingness to step out of your comfort zone
- Desirable skills include experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, background in optics or audiology, and basic knowledge of related terminology
