What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers into store and answering telephone enquiries
- Booking in eye tests and managing appointment schedules
- Pre-screening patients ahead of their consultations
- Providing professional style advice to help patients choose the right frames
- Measuring frames to ensure a comfortable and accurate fit
What we're looking for
- GCSE Maths at Grade 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent
- Right to work in the UK with 3 years or more of residency in the EU
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for retail and people
- Candidates who have not previously worked in the optical sector
