What we're looking for
- Previous optical experience or a strong background in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience in an optics or audiology business is highly desirable
- Basic knowledge or experience of optical and/or audiology terminology
- A passionate, hard-working attitude and a caring approach to customer care
