What you'll be doing as an Optical Assistant in Ross on Wye
- Welcoming customers into store as they arrive
- Booking in eye tests and managing appointments
- Pre-screening patients ahead of their consultations
- Providing friendly style advice to help customers choose frames
- Dispensing and measuring frames accurately
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries
