We are looking for a dedicated Practice Manager jobs candidate to lead our busy practice in Daventry with a permanent, full-time contract. What we're looking for
- Previous people and retail management experience
- Great communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a hard-working approach
- Organisation and a passionate, people-first attitude
- Previous experience working in an optics business is ideal, though full training can be provided
