What you'll be doing
- Deliver thorough, high-standard eye examinations and contact lens services to every patient
- Work closely with the wider store team to balance patient needs with clinical objectives
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and friendly environment for both customers and colleagues
- Utilise the latest clinical technology and equipment to provide accurate diagnoses
- Maintain professional standards and contribute to regular team events and team-building evenings
What we're looking for
- Current and up-to-date registration as a member of the General Optical Council (GOC)
- Genuine confidence and a real passion for delivering first-class customer service
- Strong ability to work well within an established team environment
- Willingness to participate in weekend rotas (1 weekend day required)
- Ambition for ongoing professional development, with support available for IP and higher accreditations
