What you'll be doing
- Acting as the friendly face of the practice, greeting customers and creating an outstanding store environment
- Using your customer service skills to support customers and colleagues alike
- Applying your knowledge of optical products and services to assist patients
- Working effectively as part of a wonderful team of dedicated people
What we're looking for
- At least 3 months experience working in an opticians
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is desirable
- Experience in optics or audiology businesses
- Basic knowledge or experience of optical and audiology terminology
