What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers warmly as they walk through our doors
- Booking in eye tests and managing appointments
- Pre-screening patients ahead of their examinations
- Providing expert style advice to help customers choose frames
- Measuring frames to ensure a comfortable and accurate fit
- Handling incoming phone calls and general customer enquiries
What we're looking for
We are not looking for people with years of experience or heaps of qualifications. Instead, we want passionate, hard-working individuals who can confidently assist customers and work well as part of a friendly team. Weekend working and late nights are essential for this position.
