We are recruiting a permanent 40 hours per week role based in Horley, offering a competitive hourly rate of £8.20 - £12.91 per hour plus bonus. This welcoming town centre opticians and audiology practice is looking for someone to help deliver comprehensive eye and hearing care to the local community.
What you'll be doing
- Confidently welcoming and helping customers as they walk through the doors
- Assisting patients with a wide range of glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses to suit every style and budget
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day practice operations
- Undertaking professional training and development across various business areas, supported by experienced opticians and technicians
What we're looking for
- Previous optical experience or a background in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience in optics or audiology businesses is desirable
- Basic knowledge or experience of optical and/or audiology terminology
- A caring, passionate, and hard-working approach to customer care
