What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers warmly as they arrive at the practice and helping them feel at ease
- Guiding patients through their journey, offering expert advice and support
- Using basic optical and audiology terminology to assist with daily enquiries
- Working collaboratively within a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment
- Managing customer needs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Previous experience in optics or an audiology business is highly desirable
- Basic knowledge or experience of optical and audiology terminology
- A caring, passionate and hard-working attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop across different business areas
