What you'll be doing
- Acting as the friendly face of the practice and creating an outstanding environment for customers and colleagues
- Using your communication skills to help patients navigate products and services

What we're looking for
- Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong teamwork and initiative, with the ability to listen and act on feedback
- Confidence with computer systems and technology
- Desirable background in a fast-paced customer service setting, or prior knowledge of optical or audiology terminology
