This is an opportunity to take on full-time Practice Manager jobs in Helensburgh, offering a salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience. Working alongside the Directors in a well-equipped practice easily reached by public transport or with nearby free parking, you will help keep the team running like clockwork.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the performance of the team and conducting regular 1-2-1s
- Monitoring KPIs and health and safety compliance
- Bringing better hearing and eye care to the community while supporting others to do the same
- Leading by example with a hands-on, customer-first mindset
What we're looking for
- Current or previous experience in managing a team
- Experience in managing in a fast-paced retail environment
- Commercial awareness
- Current or previous experience in optics is desirable, but not essential

- Full time: 37.5 hours per week with a share of Saturdays
