What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers into store and answering telephone enquiries
- Booking in eye tests and managing appointment schedules
- Carrying out patient pre-screening procedures
- Providing expert style advice to help patients choose frames
- Accurately measuring frames to ensure a correct fit
What we're looking for
- GCSE Maths at Grade 9-4 (A*-C) or an equivalent level qualification
- Right to work in the UK, having lived in the EU for 3 years or more
- Passion for retail, customer service, and supporting others
- Ability to travel to the practice location on a daily basis
- No previous experience working in the optical sector
