We are currently recruiting for a permanent Optical Assistant in Lewisham, offering £26,852.80 per annum depending on experience alongside store bonus opportunities. What you'll be doing
- Acting as the friendly face of the practice, greeting customers and creating an outstanding store environment
- Using your communication skills to assist patients with products, services, and general enquiries
- Working collaboratively alongside a dedicated team of colleagues to ensure the practice runs smoothly
- Applying your knowledge to support day-to-day operations and customer care
What we're looking for
- At least 3 months experience working in an opticians
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Familiarity with optics or audiology businesses, or a basic understanding of related terminology
- A proactive approach and a genuine passion for helping people
