We are recruiting for a full-time Optical Assistant jobs position in Costessey, offering 40 hours per week and a structured training programme to help you start your career in optics.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers into store
- Booking in eye tests and managing phone calls
- Pre-screening patients ahead of their appointments
- Providing expert style advice and measuring frames
- Delivering high-quality products and services in an innovative retail environment
What we're looking for
- Passion for retail and offering the best customer service
- GCSE Maths at Grade 9-4 (A*-C) or an equivalent level qualification
- Right to work in the UK, having lived in the EU for three years or more
- Ability to travel to the store location on a daily basis
- No previous experience working in the optical sector
