Working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with some flexibility required, you will bring vital eye care directly to patients in their own homes and local care homes.
What you'll be doing
- Schedule and manage clinic visits effectively to ensure the highest standard of patient care
- Support the mobile team in delivering comprehensive optical services to people who cannot visit a high street store
- Deliver exceptional customer service, putting vulnerable patients at ease throughout their eye examination
- Use your product knowledge and clinical support skills to maintain an outstanding environment for both patients and colleagues
What we're looking for
- Previous optical experience
- Excellent customer care and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
Salary and benefits
- £26,833.00 per annum
- £2,000 Welcome Bonus for new employees
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, with some flexibility required
