Based in the heart of Whitstable, this modern practice provides comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens services, OCT eye scans, and professional hearing care alongside a knowledgeable and friendly team.
What you'll be doing
- Confidently welcoming and helping customers as they walk through the doors
- Delivering high-quality eye and hearing care with outstanding customer service
- Helping patients choose from a wide range of glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses to suit every style and budget
- Working alongside experienced opticians and technicians in a busy practice environment
What we're looking for
- Previous optical experience or a background in an audiology business
- Basic knowledge of optical and/or audiology terminology
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- A caring, passionate, and hard-working approach to supporting customers
