We are recruiting for a permanent Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Optical Assistant in Colchester, offering a combined package of up to £35,000 per annum. What you'll be doing
- Driving services to the doorsteps of patients across a region stretching from Romford to Colchester, Bishop's Stortford, and Southend-on-Sea
- Working in a range of varied locations and testing environments every day
- Providing clinical care and dispensing lenses at all levels
- Bringing smiles and support to people in the heart of the community
What we're looking for
- Current or recent optical experience of at least six months to one year
- Confidence in dispensing lenses at all levels
- A full UK driving licence, as flexibility is required to cover the region
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is desirable
Salary and benefits
- Salary of up to £29,000 per annum DOE (combined package of up to £35,000 per annum)
- Car allowance of £3,000 per annum
