Take your skills on the road with this permanent Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (Flexibility required) position, offering a salary of up to £29,000 per annum DOE (combined package of up to £35,000 per annum). We are currently recruiting for Optical Assistant jobs in Brentwood, bringing clinical care and eye care directly to patients who are unable to visit standard high-street practices.
What you'll be doing
- Driving services to the doorsteps of patients, providing vital eye care and bringing smiles into the heart of the community
- Working in a varied range of locations and testing environments every day where no two days are the same
- Covering a region that stretches from Romford across to Colchester and from Bishop's Stortford down to Southend-on-Sea, with the team aiming to keep you as close to home as possible
- Confidently dispensing lenses at all levels
What we're looking for
- Current or recent optical experience of at least 6 months to 1 year
- The ability to confidently dispense lenses at all levels
- A full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is desirable
Salary and benefits
