What you'll be doing
- Confidently welcoming and helping customers as they walk through our doors
- Supporting comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens services, OCT eye scans, and children's eye care
- Assisting customers with an extensive range of glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses to suit every style and budget
- Working alongside experienced opticians and technicians in a knowledgeable and friendly team
What we're looking for
- Previous optical experience
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience in an optics or audiology business is desirable
- Basic knowledge and experience of optical or audiology terminology is beneficial
