What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers to the practice and helping them find the right products and services
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day practice operations
- Applying basic knowledge of optical terminology to assist customers with their queries
What we're looking for
- Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
- Background working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience within an optics or audiology business is desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude
