What you'll be doing
- Keeping the practice and team running like clockwork by leading by example and championing a customer-first mindset
- Bringing better hearing and eye care to the local community in a prominent retail location featuring seven test rooms
- Overseeing day-to-day operations while supporting colleagues at all levels to thrive, collaborate, and progress in their careers
- Delivering expert clinical and retail services to a diverse customer base alongside a wide range of stylish and affordable eyewear
