What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers into store
- Booking in eye tests and taking phone calls
- Pre-screening patients ahead of their appointments
- Providing style advice and measuring frames
What we're looking for
- Passion for retail and delivering great customer service
- GCSE Maths at Grade 9-4 (A*-C) or an equivalent level qualification
- Right to work in the UK with 3 years or more residency in the EU
- No previous experience working in the optical sector
