We are recruiting for Optical Assistant jobs in Tallaght on a full-time basis, offering 37.5 hours per week including weekend and evening hours. - Welcoming customers warmly as they walk through the doors and helping them feel at ease.
- Creating an outstanding environment for both customers and the team to ensure every patient receives the best care.
- Using IT systems confidently while working closely with experienced opticians and technicians.
- Stepping out of your comfort zone, taking initiative, and listening carefully to customer needs.

- A passion for retail, people, and providing excellent customer service that makes lives easier.
- Great teamwork and strong communication skills.
- Openness to feedback and professional development, with or without previous experience in optics.
- Desirable skills include a background in a fast-paced customer service environment, or basic knowledge of optical and audiology terminology.
