We are recruiting a permanent Optical Assistant for a busy practice in Kenilworth, offering Full time hours (40 hours) per week with £12.91 hourly (depending on experience) plus a monthly bonus. Weekend working is essential for this customer-facing position in the heart of the West Midlands.
What you'll be doing
- Confidently welcoming and helping customers as they walk through our doors
- Delivering a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Working alongside experienced opticians and technicians to support daily practice operations
- Applying basic knowledge and understanding of optical terminology
What we're looking for
- Previous optical experience or a background in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience in an audiology business or familiarity with audiology terminology is desirable
- Passionate, hard-working attitude with a willingness to learn and progress
