What you'll be doing
- Delivering expert dispensing advice and guidance to every customer
- Guiding patients smoothly through both the optics and audiology customer journeys
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the practice to maintain high service standards
- Managing customer queries with strong listening and communication skills
What we're looking for
- BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing
- GOC and ABDO registration
- Passion for providing top-notch customer service
- A friendly, ambitious approach and a strong team-player mindset
