What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers as they arrive at the practice and helping them navigate their visit
- Guiding patients through initial consultations, frame selections, and aftercare
- Collaborating with experienced optometrists, dispensing opticians, and support colleagues to deliver a high-quality patient journey
- Taking advantage of dedicated structured learning time, including one hour off the shop floor each week for professional growth
- Working in a newly refurbished environment equipped with advanced testing facilities
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Previous optical or audiology experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of optical and audiology terminology
- A passionate, hardworking, and caring approach to customer care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
